The TRO happiness app will be used as a helpful tool to monitor the mood and wellbeing of the employees & offices.

THE BACKGROUND

TRO dedicated time to supporting their employees and this app will rate areas in the agency, to help improve or assess achievements. They run a Mind Matters Community, Parent Support Groups, and a Fun Society, all focusing on making life at TRO the best it can be.

THE SOLUTION

I designed the UX journey to be quick and easy for the user, with the integration of simple, relatable copy, a gradient colour palette reflecting mood, and manageable/modern emojis used for ratings over text.
